The empire of PhilipBramham has been employing nations to train its troops, we have also been purchasing military supplies.

We now require one or more nations to help build are defences, we have set aside a budget of 200 million.

Any nations wishing to help please detail your proposal of what you will install in our small nation to help protect us.

A bit of information about the nation. Its a small Island and our defence committee have planned our greatest threat being missle attacks and arial attack.
