Well harador the nice country we are will happily take anybodys prisoners from there jails etc who have a life sentence.If they are aged from 18-45 we will hapily take them off your hands.
We will also happily take poor peaple in relitivly good health off your hands.
In return all we request is a very cheap fifty euro for each person we take in and once we have them that they become haradorian citzens and are of no interest of you.
They will be giving jobs and put to work.
Well its a fair deal you get rid of the scum of your country for a low price and ill take care of them meaning you dont have to shoot them and cause trouble with orther nations or feed them etc.
