Chairmna Keel, outraged that smaller nations in OTHAFA are beginning to think they can declare war on him and get away with it, has called all anime-loving nations in his region and in others to help launch the greatest incursion of Anime ever! The unfortunate recipients of this will be the ODA alliance in OTHAFA and no others for once the allience disbands. Keel will consider his task complete.

To form the centre of this great crusade, SEELE-NERV has mobilised:

A nation called "All great empires..." (and a resident of the region referred to as 'OTHAFA') telegramed some of the senior residents of the region known as "The Fanfic Writers Paradise" and gave a full declaration of war. All great empires then posted a message of war against TFFWP on the OTHAFA message board. OTHAFA disturbs us already as it has formed a collective 'defensive' alliance known as the ODA, and posted some "strange" posts on their region message list.

Principal Weishaupt, allegedly armed with proof of terrorist training facilities in All great empires, gives full support to Keel.

(Note - photon camoflague is highly unstable and uses a lot of power, a cloakable SINEW will only cloak when it is fired upon by a hostile enemy, or when it gets very close to a hostile enemy. It makes hydrolic noises. But it is armed with napalm launchers and hand-mounted flamers. Regular SINEW robots have blade weapons and leap at the enemy, slashing them to piece. They have reasonable armour)

- 1 000 000 Gilchic series robots.
(Slow zombie-like robotic troopers with slow wrist mounted laser weapons. Very cheap and mass-produced in large automated factories)

- 50 000 Dubchic robots with electrical protection and regenerative abilities, controlled through 9,500 "dubswitchs"
(Similar to Gilchics, but they can reattach themselves and repair with new nanotechnology)

- 1 500 000 Canadine robots, small c-shaped hovering robots with stun guns, and blade weapons if forced to use them. Very very cheap, but easily brought down by concentrated gunfire

Anyway, as The Holy Sonic Loving Nation of Sonic Worshippers worships The Great Blue One (and His creator Naka, the Lord of Change) we pledge support! Normally we dislike The Second Illuminati and hate The Pioneer Government, but we are willing to put aside our differences to fight a common enemy.

We only have a Thriving economy and a population (at current estimates) that is barely 600 million, but we still pledge support.

The third mega-power of The Fanfic Writers Paradise comes forward pledging the full support of our mass range of techniques to the effort of Anime! And the reason we did not ally sooner... our leader 'Divine' was doing exams on the day the declaration was made.

In our history there have been few wars that are actually worth it to us, however for the cause of anime, it's nearly as important as taking down berserker A.I's...

In any case the NFA is sending as many forces as we can from our capital and outposts to support the effort, this force will include:

- 15 Heavy Class Fleet Battleships
- 9 NFA Starships
- Our entire Air Force
- 6,000 Psionics experts
- 15,000 Cyber Assassins (3,000 ready, 12,000 being produced)
- and 24,000 angry citizens with advanced weapons training.

We have many more in our reserves, such is the basis of believing in the Covenant of Order who reside with us. If things, for some unlikely reason, go wrong for us... the NFA have secret weapons in the form of our high council of 30... none of them have ever lost a match, and our leader 'Divine' took down an A.I single handed (After everyone else tried busting her head in and failing!)

Put simply the last conflict that the NFA had with OTHAFA was a dud so to speak... in the sense that we did hardly anything and got away scot free... this time we will annihilate ALL betrayers of anime!

Chairman Keel thanks all who have pledged their support so far and would like to request that all allies attack OTHAFA when it is found convienent. In the meantime, all NiSoran II troops sent will be seconded into the SEELE-NERV army until NiSoran II can return to the conflict.

Oh, we've had to withdraw our Photon Camoflague equipped units, there's been too many 'accidents'. And the buggers short-circuit in the rain.

They will have to be replaced by the older model, the Urban-Assault SINEW. This is very similar to the Stealth-SINEW, in that it looks the same and has flamers and naplam launchers, but it lacks the short-ranged 'blink' device and limited camoflague ability. That's okay, because we'll fit it with some better armour. The massive bulk of the photon camoflague was really slowing it down anyway. At least the older model will be able to scale steep hills! It's designed for urban assault missions, and clearing out enemy buildings (hence the twin-linked flamers and mid-range napalm firebomb launcher).

Also, to aid the airforce (and because I forgot) The Pioneer Government is also deploying THREE aircraft carriers! The current fleet (bar any subs) will have to wait for the aircraft carriers because those things are too big and expensive to leave unguarded.

(OOC) You know, I'd rather be doing this with Modern-Tech weapons, but what the hell. Large amounts of tiny robots are fun too. I can do that as well because I have a Frightening economy, a population twice as large as the EU (that's 3x that of the USA) and a bloated and massively funded military budget. I have to worry about other people god-modding though, espiecally the NeoFederationAlliance. They have an economy of "Very Strong" and, despite a population as large as the EU, I highly doubt they could construct as much space-age hardware as "15 Heavy Class Fleet Battleships", "9 NFA Starships" and "Our entire Air Force" (could you specify that please?).

I'm sure psychics are quite rare; that's often the case. So 6,000 Psionics experts must be most of their psychics.
I guess 15,000 Cyber Assassins (3,000 ready, 12,000 being produced) is a good number. It's all sniping/stealth though, which is great if you like guerilla warfare.

24, 000 is a good number, used by even the smallest of nations for many recent and 19th Century wars. But if they have 'advanced' training then shouldn't they by soldiers?

Sorry to bug, but I want to make sure this a good war. No god-modding. I know the NFA so I worry. Also, the OTHAFA nation known as "Enchanted Relm" god-mods quite a LOT! If someone god-mods then just ignore them okay?

Although The Second Illuminati fulfilled the wishes of the group when The Administrator gave full support to SEELE-NERV, I feel that it is time to give the full support of Majestics States. I am President Robert Page, deputy chairman of The Second Illuminati. We spend more money on the military than The Pioneer Government, but our economy isn't as great - it's only All-Consuming (the second-best rating). We have a healthily-sized population (about twice the size of America).

Here's the bare minimum: -
12 squads of elite nano-augmented MiB commandos
6 brigades of Majestic infantry
3 armoured divisions worth of battle tanks
25 squadrons of attack heliocopters (we love heliocopters here in MJstates)

We'll be operating from the ground without a navy - that isn't our strong point. We are land-rats.

That's just a start. Expect plenty of rocket and smart-bomb launchers. And more tanks. And transports. VTOL transports!!

Yes, the collective might of The Second Illuminati is QUITE strong, I can assure you. The major members are all over 500 million with All-Consuming economies, and the minor ones don't have far to go (300-400 million and at least a Very Strong economy to be a minor member).

The Second Illuminati will also compile a list of it's collective strength. This will combine with SEELE-NERV's strength and anyone elses. We'll compare with OTHAFA.

As mentioned by my alliance group, The Second Illuminati, I pledge full support to any campaigns. Lord Sponge wants his nation secure from all threats!

Gentleman, Evil Genius is back and worse then ever! We have sided with SEELE-NERV and we are also members of The Second Illuminati.

Not only do we have a Doomsday Device hidden deep underground somewhere in our borders, but we have also been funnelling money into a second weapon.

We lack the funding to built our own moonbase, but have successfully funded, developed and built a large "laser" weapon. Using this "laser" we will decimate large portions of OTHAFA!! Normally we wouldn't have the budget to develop TWO superweapons, but this technology has been built with the help of a friendly nation who wishes to remain nameless at this present moment in time! I have turned control of Project Eclipse to them! Meanwhile, in the Secret Evil Underground Lair of Evil Genius Inc, we are busy preparing our Doomsday Device! It shall be ready to fire in time for Keel and SEELE's attack! After that we will fire it once per day, until their is nothing left of the enemy!!!

This is where most of our funding goes, although we do have lots of static defences and boiler suited minions. Because of this we can commit no offensive ground troops to the war, but the superweapons should make up for this. We can also help the nations of Allatropol and The Proletariot Union help guard The Fan Fic Writers Paradise, but our primary concern is guarding the Doomsday Device and over-seeing the powering of "Project Eclipse"

With TWO superweapons our plan is perfect! The best part is... no-one can stop us!!!

The Republic condemns any unnecessary militaristic actions, and would rather the warring parties involved to sit down, shake hands, and talk. (OOC: :P) We can provide a place, neutral grounds, within our colony Gaza Prime currently on a lunar orbit at Lagrange Point L1.

While leetonia is a mostly peaceful (IE kill you in your sleep the night of the day you declare war) nation. We can commit, 1000 chibis (Nigh-invincible but don't do much real damage, really useful for psychological warfare against females and other cute thing lovers) and 2 MENCHI class emergancy food supplies. OOC: Easy to get around godmodding when your currency and national animal double as military assets.

Since my nation can't do anything without being criticised by the corrupt (You know who you are!) The NFA are pulling back to guard duty! We will only fight if the capital is directly attacked, and as it states in Alliance Rule-Volume 3 paragraph 5 sub-section B = "All attackers, no matter who they are, will be dealt with immediately"

SEELE-NERV has begun the attack! The super-battleship Ayanami, along with the accopnying SEELE-NERV fleet, has begun to bombard the country of its old enemy, Enchanted Relm with long range fire, possibly in preparation for a ground assault with infantry, Evangelions and NiSoran II auxilery troops.

Chairman Keel was unavailable for comment, as was the remaining SEELE-NERV council.

The Illuminus and the rest of the Pioneer fleet is in the region. I think we shall bombard Enchanted Relm as well - not only is it spelt in a strange way that scares me, but he is the worst godmodder ever! KILLKILLKILLKILLKILL!!!

Following on from yesterdays bombardment by the SEELE-NERV fleet, a combined ground and air assault on Enchanted Relm has begun, with sqaudrons of bombers undertaking daring raids upon Enchanted Relm's cities, and brigades of SEELE-NERV infantry, accompanied by NiSoran II auxilary Gundams, have begun occupying coastal areas. However, there remains no sign of SEELE-NERVs 'heavy guns', namely the Evangelions.

Chairman Keel was still unavalible for comment today.

The Imperial Space Marine, new residents of OTHAFA, have mobilised for war! (actually, we're always ready for war. As any Warhammer players will know). Space Marines are expensive, but each troop has the armour of a tank, plus genetic augmentation and bolter guns. So we don't need a big army (besides auxilleries), as long as we keep our economy above Powerhouse we can maintain a chapter of Adeptus Astartes.

The Space Marines have been ready for war since the creation of their nation!

But you're not neutral, you're in the Fan Fic Writers Paradise. You have not declared official neutrality to anyone, so according to the message Keel sent out you are pro-war unless specifically noted. And according to the contract of the region, if you do not agree with the Senior Founding Nations then you are eligable for ejection. (Nornir is immune to this rule due to the legal protection of The Second Illuminati)

RESHUFFLE AT EVIL GENIUS INC

Hank Scorpio has resigned as CEO of Evil Genius Inc (yet another top-level reshuffle). In a way similar to Dr.Evil's departure, we may not hear of them for a while. The new CEO runs one of the many top level groups in this Grand Coalition (of Evil).

Evil Genius Inc, which was original called Every Villian Is Lemons (or E.V.I.L), is always under constant reshuffle as the top-level Evil Genius plot and scheme their way to the top.

The new CEO of Evil Genius Inc is an enigmatic figure known only as 'The Director' (although bug on his phone reveal that his first name is probably "Eugene"). This pompous Englishman is the new CEO! His power comes mainly from that scourge of the sixties, named the most evil terror organisation of '66, H-A-R-M (or HARM). They recently swept the Evil Awards (losing only 2 awards, one to Evil Alliance and another to MISERY, in Best Fashion and Best PR respectively).

Let us all welcome... The Director!

No offence NFA, but you are terrible at diplomacy. Remember the Sonic Worshipper Amy-thing? Because of your horrible insults you nearly initiated a major war throughout the region! You implied that the intensely popular god of the Sonic Worshippers was a pile of crap and that you were going to keep his number 1 fan locked inside your capitol! That was not a very nice start to open diplomacy. I mean, most countries would've just activated The Big Red Button after listening to your diplomacy!

Suddenly, in the middle, the Biolizard and the oversized tank come to a stop. Without a shot being fired at either of them, the commanders lean over from out of their mounts (biolizard and tank respectively) and shake hands.
