The minister had just read a report about Allanea.

Minister:Schultz!Get over here!

Aide:Yes minister!

Minister:Find out how did they manage to copy our substance. There must be a spy inside our ministry. Contact Internal Security. I want all Allanean citizens to be searched and interviewed. Also all Ministry of Technology and Ministry of National Security personnel with access to CPES8 database are to be interrogated.

IC: Allanean Pharmaceuticals corporations suggest immediate evacuation of all it's employees.

As the memo reaches FR, the employees (16 men and their families) rush to the airport where the Corporate Jet awaits.

*Four Security Forces APCs drive near the corporate jet. 40 soldiers dismount. A jeep drives stops near the hangar. 2 su 37 fighters patrol area above the airfield*

commander:Attention!This is Major Heinz Schultz from Falangist Reich security forces!You are surrounded!Come out of the jet with hands above your head!
*a sniper armed with M82 Barrett runs to the control tower and takes aim*

A voice comes out from withing the plane, augmented by loudspeaker:

"This is Doctor John Rein, chief of the Allanean Pharmaceutecals FR division! Do you have a warrant?"

We don't need a warrant. Section B Paragraph 27 of Reich Security Code:"Security Forces may conduct search and arrest operations without warrants if National Security is threatened"

"In this case, we will not come out"

The plane begins to accelerate...

*As the plane was accelerating out of hangar Major Schultz reached for his radio phone*
Snake One(SU37), bogey is taking off. Be advised.
*A pair of Su 37's flew over the jet*
"This is Major Schultz from Reiches Sicherheiztruppen to Air Traffic Control. I want an air traffic lockdown immediately"
*Alarm sounded in the airport and planes that were taxiinig or about to take off proceeded to holding areas.
"Eagle Eye(Sniper). Take aim on the airplane. Target it's front wheel"
*A red dot appeared on the airplane's front wheel as sniper armed with M82 .50 cal barrett rifle aimed the plane's front wheel*
"You cannot escape!Surrender at once!"

The plane begins to get off the ground...

Major Schultz:"Damn. Sniper, do not fire!Do not fire!Fighters, pursue and force it to land"
*The fighters approached the jet*

The pilot screams at the radio

"What do you want from us?"

*as the plane took off, two Su-37's bearing Reiches Luftwaffe marks positioned themselves couple of hundred meters behind the jet. A burst of tracer rounds flew past the business jet as the planes fired a warning burst. First fighter's pilot opened radio channel:*
"Civilian aircraft, this is Falangist Reich Air Force. You are in violation of Falangist Reich Security Code and are under arrest. Return to Falange City airport and prepare to be taken into custody. This is our last warning"

Our government already owns the name CPES-9. We have spent the time, money, and resource’s on this product. We demand that you reframe from using that name.

*as the aircraft landed, four APCs approached it. Soldiers dismounted and took aim. The sukhois were still flying above the airport. Major Schultz took his loudspeaker:"Attention!Come out of the plane with hands above your head so we can see them!"Then radioman walked to Schultz:"Sir, i have brigadier general Ballack on radio"Schultz took the radio:"Ja, herr general. This is major Schultz. What is it?"-"This is brigadier general Ballack, head of SF6(OOC:FR counterintelligence service. Means Security Forces Directorate Six)status report!"Schultz replied:"The suspects have landed and we except them to surrender shortly"Ballack replied:"Good Major, when you've taken them i want them to be delivered into Special Detention Center 17. Understood?"Schultz:"Ja, herr general."
*Ballack ended the communication. Schultz wondered why the prisoners were so important they'd have to be sent to SF6's special interrogation facility. Only traitors and highly important spies went there*
