Premier Dufour walks into the workers congress before his aid and commissioners along with The Peoples Congress. No one says anything and the auditorium is silence

After recent conflicts and other happenings, we have deicided to pull all troops home from everywhere except the ones guarding the coupple of embassies that will be left open. We also will stop oil exporting as well exporting all Louisianaian goods completely. We our foreign military bases are to be sold off or abandoned. All ocean going naval vessels belonging to Louisiana (Commercial/Naval) are to report home A.S.A.P.

Since all fleets and forces are begin brought back, our ICBM's are extra warned alerted to be ready if any conflict that threatens the homeland.

We will also stop exporting, and all embassies except those in countries belonging to The International are to be closed until further notice. We can not comment right now on the reasons why. We will say it will be a long time before "re-instatement" for NS. That will be all.

OCC: I am a Marxist/Leninist state but I run my economy like a socialist democracy where civilians can own small businesses and produce consumer products and the government is in control of all utilities and what not having to do with defense of the nation.
