The God Falltothzu

Plans to build a massive wall around the island nation of The Dominion of The God Falltothzu have been approved. Much of these plans are still a little sketchy and somewhat classified. The wall will be 100 meters off of the water's edge, and surround the entire island. The dimensions of the wall are:
Length: 482 700 m (approx. 300 miles)
Height: 10 m
Width: 5 m
The wall will be made mostly of solid concrete, with a 1 m thick core of lead. The wall will also include massive amounts of gun emplacements. There will be 1 machine gun nest every 10 m, leading to a total number of 48 270 machine gun nests. There will be a turret-mounted automatic 40mm grenade launcher every 20 m, leading to a total number of 24 135 grenade launchers.
It is expected that Anti-Missle Systems(SAMs and ICBM interceptors), Anti-Air Weapons(from flak cannons to missles), Anti-Naval Weapons(from massive rail guns to missles), Anti-Vehicle Weapons, and Anti-Ground Weapons(most likely towed howitzers and possible rocket gantries).
Various other "deterents" will be placed around the outside of the wall. What these will be is still undetermined. Security systems will also be employed.
This projected is expected to be completed in the 25 (NS) year ballpark, and cost an estimated 25 trillion USD, which will be paid out over an extensive period of time.
