This is a personal address to all nations.

Our nations leader has decided with increasing threat, that we should increase our military spending.

We are looking for nations to train our new specialist units.

The following amount of troops need to be trained in the following areas.

1000 Peacekeepers
5000 Parachute trained troops
500 Intelligence operatives (undercover work)
5000 NBC Trained troops
500 Special forces (air, sea and land)

If you are able to train troops in any of the above please detail your proposal and price.
All proposals will be addressed by our Defence committee and replies will be prompt.

The Emperor has commented, stating; we are not an aggressive nation but are required to protect ourselves. Our training is poor at the present and i will be thankfull to any help.

Time is an issue.

Well, my friend our superior miltary will do it for free! However, we ask one think. If you make a 'donation' of a 100 metric tonnes of uranium, them we'll be very interested...:roll:

If you would be interested in training your troops in several different schools of military thought, the U.S.S.B. would be happy to provide further training for your peacekeeping forces. The only cost to your fair nation would be those incurred during training (e.g. replacement of equipment damaged by trainees). If you'd be interested we'd be happy to help.

Before our nations defence committee makes any firm choices, we are waiting for any other nations to come forward.

Depending upon proposals, we are looking for more than one nation to train our units.

The Yallakian Empire's standard troops recieve up to a normal armies officer training and advanced tactics, the officers even higher. The Emperor is willing to supply your military with advisors who will train your forces to this standard, free of charge.
