D-5 is the name of the missile itself. You have to have a warhead on it if you want a WMD. So make sure you say it includes one.

Some interesting nuclear weaponary there. Tell me, How muuch would it cost per metric ton (including shipping) for me just to buy some raw, unchanged Uranium? We could use some for our um war machine... :roll:
