Crookfur can provide for all your requirements bar the following:
Anti-missile systems (i assume you mean Strategic level Anti ballistic systems as opposed to mere SAm abtterys that can hit cruise missiles or CIWSs).
mines (well that Old UN legislation banning them, of course you can build your own very easily)
and Coastline defense ships: our priamry export vessels are deep water long endurance armed cutters (about the size of a frigate but with the weapons of a corvette or smaller).

Why the solution is simple. Deposit your funds to an account in the Royal Bank of the Glorious and Ancient Sun Eagle of Bjelo-Chjernishov, and if, sorry we mean 'when' we find a hawker in heavy arms we shall arrnage the transfer of fees. Of course, there is the slight matter of a commision, but I am sure we kneed not let such trifles get in the way........
