We at the NSBC have recently implemented a new system into our bank. Once you are a member of the NSBC, done by creating an account with us, you are entitled to ask the NSBC to purchase items from storefronts/other nations for you, as well as access to all our other facilities.

The proxy buying will be done in the strictest secrecy, and only you and the NSBC shall know who the items we buy are for. This means that nations wishing to purchase weapons that they cannot get in their own way, or do not wish other nations to know what they are buying, can do so without interuption.

There is only a few stipulations we must make. The first is obvious - your nation must have the necessary economy and funds to purchase the items in the first place. Second, is that we employ a 5% commission charge, adn this charge may never go below $1bil. This means that if your total is below $20bil, then you will have to pay $1bil in addition to the cost of the items.

First I can't access that site, so I can't say for sure that was about, but this is so you can buy things without others knowing. And if that sight is for that, then with us you can link it easily with all the other facilities we offer at the NSBC.

That site was nothing to do with NS. Something about IP trackers... :?

Well thanks for that - I wonder if Frooty Loops even read the first post in that case - it definately describes what we were doing.
