Today one of our submarines was sunk when it was fired at by unknown powers, with the loss of all 512 men. This was a highly unprovoked attack and all fingers point towards only one nation........... Trixia. We are bitter enemies and have fought battles and have argued long enough. The man whom killed our Emperor, a Trixian, soldiers who invaded our land and destroyed every part of conquered territory, Trixians, meager Politicians whom tried to start ANOTHER war with us because we conquered what was rightfully handed over to us, Trixians.... I have had enough! They call themselves the Liberators but in truth there were the real Tyrants.

We are pulling out every military unit in our colonies, also in other countries and have given them their independence so they can go and do what they wish. We also have started exporting less oil to save on our valuable supplies. The airforce has been put on full alert if any attack is imminant. Also the whole Navy has been ordered to fire on ANY suspicious looking naval vessels. The Army is most ready with 4 million men already in uniform and 1/2 million in reserve. 9,000 tanks have been supplied with all the neccesseties for warfare and factories are now producing more and more hardware.
Finally the unknown vessels have been identified as Class 1 Trixian Submarines armed with 30 torpedoes and 400 crew each. There were three of the submarines that attacked us.
With war looming it looks like it gonna be a very long day. The 800 mile coast across GHI has been laden with anti-tank obstacles and pill boxes. All ports have been mined and evacuated North to a more safer area. 67 forts are already being built and 13 more are on the way. Every soldier has been ordered to fight to the death and to not surrender. If invasion looms and Trixia does attack and win the 800 mile front saboteurs have been ordered to blow up every bridge and any thing useful to the enemy. They will be caught and sent to P.O.W camps but in the end they did do something useful for their country.
A coastal defence has been issued with 10,000 men and women patrolling the sea armed with AK-47's, binoculars, grenades and light machine guns. Also coastal artillery has increased by five times the normal amount. Dockyards have been working for 15-17 hours a day. 60% of them are making submarines and 40% are making everything else. Every city has been supplied with men and materials. There is no point in blockading us Trixia, we are well supplied with everything we need and we will never give up. We are declaring WAR on you.
Today Anti-Trixian riots have ensued. Trixian homes in GHI were attacked and members of the families were depoted back to Trixia. 200 spies were caught and thanks to a GHI-Friendly apple farm nearby which has over 2,000 apple trees the spies were quickly taken and shot. There bodies then hung, Trixian shops were closed today and taken over by loyal members of GHIan community.
The public has demanded that Trixia pay for what they did to one of our most prized submarines called Submarine 4K-903 or called by it's sailors ''Nostradamus''. It was won over at the agreement of the handing over of the Navy in the near to end of the one of the wars. It was named ''Nostradamus'' because it always knew what was coming. Good or bad......
The fortress of Siped, Vatacinia, Crowbore and Mymicana have been reinforced with as much as can be spared. 100 anti-tank weapons have been dispacted to every city-fort and 120 anti-aircraft weapons have been sent also. 40 tanks have been sent, also a further 12,000 reserves to every fort.
A major railway which will be able to send men and supplies throughout GHI is being built. Such a major project will take about 3-4 days and will be highly guarded by 3 Marine Corps, 2 Cavalry Brigades and 1st Motorised Corps.
Further news...... The coastal defence corps of about 10,000 men and women has been disbanded by Parliament and with the agreement of the King, they were disbanded because they lacked proper training, scared of enemy soldiers and recent cutbacks in military spending. That is the only thing they have been authorised to disband. Nothing else.
Since GHI has NO nuclear, bio-chemical, chemical and gas weapons thanks to the U.N we will not strike at the heart of the Trixians, and even if we had the weapons *which we once did* we already bombed them with gas and it did not succeed. All major bridges have been mined and are ready to be destroyed.
