I see you are at war with the guys who blew up your fleet. I just wanted you to know, just in case you didn't, that these attacks where provoked by McLeon03. He sent me a TG asking me to attack your fleet, and said he would provide any equiptment needed for the attack, I'm not sure if I deleted the TG, I'll foward it to you ASAP if I didn't.

As you can see mcload has tryeid to pull crap again .. the fed union is not makeing a move yet but is just preseting this evdince to the world we hope this evdince is enoughf t we will put pressuer on mcload bcuse of this

It is possible to talk about IC events OOC, you know. Just because it concerns NS doesn't mean that you were talking IC....

It didnt have an OOC tag not to metion it had many IC events ... like supplying the wepons and stuff thats ICLY

erm the telegram has to be specifyed as "OOC"

I.E you have to go...

Other-wise mods classify t-g's as IC, as well as regional boards.

OOC: Just stiring the crap. however if you mean it to be OOC it must have an OOC label infront of it. Otherwise it can be interprited as IC.
