Zecro Calls World Summit (RP Sign Up)

Message to all nations

Due to recent world events as well as past events, Zecro hereby calls all the nations of the world to a summit to discuss and produce an international code of conduct. The summit will be held in Kazo, Zecro's capital, as soon as enough nations sign up.

We sincerley hope that the international community will recognize this event to increase the understanding between nations and promote the welfare of the world.

We come to discuss what we should do should a nation offend another nation by its actions, such as Sino's recent destruction of a hippie commune. Of course, the good nations of the world can bring up such unformal understandings between nations now in an attemt to make the formal. Ideas such as treatment of POWs, internatilal trade, blockades, banned weapons and related concepts come to mind. We might do this on IRC (or some other chatting program) if we can find a time that fits us all.

Why I'm doing this: to create an actual role-played code of conduct between nations. Also, there will most likley be those that breach this code, creating some interesting role-play possibilities. I doubt we'll create an upkeep force, so this will only be a formal contract of mutual understanding.

Nations strongly opposed to this are welcome to attempt to somehow terrorize the (hopefully) large show of international diplomats. Before doing that, TM me so we can arrange a GOOD RP.

Oh, yes. We have heard of this summit. We trust it will benefit the interests of law, order, and property rights? Surely these issues are more important than naieve, pie-in-the-sky wishes for peace or so-called "human rights". A summit to discuss such issues, which are, after all, matters of national security would be somewhat wasteful. Nonetheless, we will send an emmissary. We must insist, however, on brining a dispatch of our elite Security Forces for the protection of our envoy.
Sincerely,

Rex "Mad Dog" Stiffler, Chief of Security, The Rogue Nation of Wottsamattayou
