After the outrageous orders by Frederick Afilia to kill General Robert Hur and eliminate 48 Special Forces Operatives after Operation Desert Oasis went awfully wrong (Operation Desert Oasis info at end), Dictator of Witzgall Frederick Afilia earned himself many enemies.
For one, General Hur and the Special Force Operatives scheduled to be executed were outraged at the orders. As were millions of civilians, as well as General of the Army of the Interior, General Richard Priere. Along with these men, Colonel John Klaus, Chief of Staff, and Lt. Hans von Mwahicklien. The men planned a secret assasination of the Dictator, titled "Secret Operation: Dinner for Two".
The operation, which involves General Priere and Lt. Hans von Mwahicklien going to Afilia's Headquarters in The Red City, was scheduled to take place yesterday evening. However, severe hurricaneweather conditions prevented the two men from flying to Witzgall from the Phorian Military Base, in Phoria.
General Hur, General Priere, Lt. Hans von Mwahicklin, and Col. John Klaus are inside General Priere's office in Phoria.
"So...the storm cleared up...when will the operation take place? I'm getting impatient." says Gen. hur.
"We are all, Robert. What time is it now?" replies Gen. Priere.
"Hrm...around 8:45 P.M., Richard." says Lt. Hans.
"Right...well, it's too late for today." says Priere.
"Hell no it isn't! My execution is scheduled in one week! We must do this quickly!" says Special Forces Operative Kyle Uhyilichen.
"Calm down, SFO Uhyilichen. Calm down..." says Gen. Priere.
SFO Uhyilichen storms out of the room.
"Okay...we shall carry out Dinner for Two Friday." says Priere.
"FRIDAY?! Why not tomorrow?" questions Lt. Hans.
"Friday is perfect! We know where he'll be Friday!" replies Priere.
"Where exactly is that?" asks SFO Robinson.
"Oh god damn Robinson. He'll be making a speech about Matthew III...commemorating his death and all that." replies Lt. Hans, very quickly.
"Ahhh...I forgot. What are you planning, Priere?" says Robinson.
"I plan for a sniper. Afilia will be out in the open. We need a sniper to create a diversion: disctract the dictator." says Priere.
The men shoot looks at Priere.
"Why not just kill him?" questions Hur.
"We will. We will have a car bomb waiting. Either that, or we will make him call a emergency meeting of the staff; that's the perfect killing time." replies Piere.
"Good plan, Piere." says Lt. Hans.
"Meeting adjourned. Meet back here tomorrow...7:00?"
Everyone agrees.

OOC: No thanks.
IC:
June 10th, 2004. Special Forces, Group 3, 1st Battalion, D Company. Mission: Eliminate traitors to the government. Number of enemies: 6-8
Operatives:
Herbert Wallas, Rifleman and Commander. Armed with a (silenced) Treaty Enforcer rifle; 4 Fragmentation grenades; Pluto 13mm pistol (silenced)
Thomas Haching, Sniper. Armed with an (silenced) SR3500 9mm Sniper System rifle; 4 Fragmentation grenades; Silenced M9 semi-automatic pistol
Michael Burnings, Sniper. Armed with an (silenced) SR3500 9mm Sniper System rifle; 4 Fragmentation grenades; Silenced M9 semi-automatic pistol
Jack Sternhard, Demolitions. Armed with a W-TS1 shotgun; 4 Fragmentation grenades; Pluto 13mm pistol (silenced)
D company, nicknamed by General Hur himself, as "The Titans" for their merciless style. D company's mission is located in The Red City, capital of Witzgall. Their mission is to eliminate 6 targets.
Target: Special Forces Operatives inside Hotel Grande, waiting for the assasination. The are located on the 58th floor, out of 60.
D company has one way in: the elevator shafts
They begin by sneaking into the freight elevator by walking through the basement into a small kitchen, which hasn't been operated in about 25 years. The operatives quickly attach safety gear to the stirdy rope lines and begin to climb upward, back to back.
When D company reached the 26th floor, Jack Sternhard spots one Special Forces operative grabbing ice out of the machine. He signals to commander Wallas. Wallas looks down and notices the SO going for his 9mm pistol in his back pocket.
"Fire!" shouts Wallas.
Sternhard pulls out his 13mm and fires 1 round at the SO, hitting him in the throat. The SO grabs his throat, then falls down. Sternhard looks up at Wallas and nods to confirm the kill. They continue climbing upward.
Finally, 30 minutes later, D company reaches the 58th floor. Sternhard peeks out of the shaft, and sees nobody. One by one D company unloads from the shaft. Each operative turns the safety off of their weapon, then splits up.
The two snipers, Hatching and Burnings, walk down the hallway and into room 58042. The targets are in room 58092. The snipers' mission is to go into room 58042 and then slide across the street. The building across the street is the Stock House, where all stocks and trade goes down. Nobody is in the building right now, exept for cleaning staff and security guards. The snipers shoot a wire across the 54 foot gap and slide across. They enter the computer monitor room and zoom in on the room. They spot 4 gentlemen playing cards. One takes a sip of beer.
"Any targets, Hatching?" asks Sternhard over the radio.
"Yeah...4 tangos playing cards..." says Hatching.
"Roger that. Anyone else?" asks Sternhard.
"No sir. Hatching out." says Burnings.
"Over and out, soldier." says Sternhard.
"Roger. When fire?" asks Burnings.
"Fire on door handle movement." replies Wallas.
"Roger. Waiting for movement." replies Hatching.
In the hallway outside the room, Sternhard is slowly walking towards the target room with his shotgun armed. Wallas is on the otherside of the door. He reaches over and jiggles the handle.
"Confirmed door movement. Commence fire." says Hatching.
The two snipers fire their semi-automatic rifles. The man's beer bottle explodes and then his index finger is shot off. He screams in pain. Sternhard and Wallas rush in and open fire. Sternhard shoots a man who is one foot away, who just left the bathroom. Two bullets fly through the large glass pane and the man who had the beer falls over with two 9mms in his chest.
Wallas spray-fires the room, killing the other 3 men on the couch.
"Wallas, there's two tangos hiding behind the wall on your...on your right." says Hatching.
"Roger." replies Wallas.
Wallas checks the room, and signals Sternhard to walk along the wall. Wallas looks out into the hallway, and then closes the door. Three rounds hit the wall on the right, and both hiding men fall to the ground.
"Count 'em up, Titans." says Wallas.
Sternhard replies with, "Eight sir, including the one on the 26th floor."
"Good job, soldiers. Let's go." says Wallas.
The men dissasemble their guns, and put them into tote bags. The two snipers dissasemble their weaponry and then put them into suitcases. All four pull off their black 'wetsuit gear' and reveal suits. They walk out casually out of the buildings, and then call for 2 taxis.
Mission Accomplished.

Following the news of the mission completion from the Titans, General Priere got nervous about operation "Dinner for Two."
Who told Afilia? Was it Hur? Was Priere's phone secretly bugged?
Priere immediatly called General Hur, and summoned him to his office A.S.A.P. At the fourth ring, an unfamiliar voice picked up.
"Hello?" the voice said.
"Hur? Hur? Are you alright Hur?" asks Priere.
"Ahh...you're looking for General Robert M. Hur?"
"Yes...where is he?"
"He's been detained."
"And who are you?"
"I might ask the same question about you..."
"General Priere."
"Ahh..."
"Who is this?" asks Priere.
The person hangs up. Priere looks out his window and sees two Locust MBTs with their 120mm cannons aimed at his window. Over a speakerphone, Priere hears the word "smile". He is confused.
Suddenly, the two cannons open fire. One shell hits straight into the window, explodes, and sends Priere flying through the wall behind him. Priere's secretary screams in horror, and rushes for the door. Six Special Policemen rush in with M16A2s and open fire inside the building, killing 14 civilians, including 8 women.
The two Locust MBTs turn their turrets slowly and begin opening fire on the buildings down the street, coincidently named 'Ruins Rd.' A tall skyscraper, over 60 floors, tumbles down when the tanks shoot at the structure's footing. The building topples over into another building. A dominoe effect soon follows.
Civilians run away in horror. Hundreds of thousands die inside the buildings.
"Dictator Afilia, General Puishkin is on the phone." says Afilia's secretary.
"Wire him through." replies Afilia.
"Hello? General Puishkin?"
"Hello my leige."
"How is the city?"
"Completely demolished, as you ordered."
"Good...good...any word from 1st Battalian SF, All groups? Mission successful?"
"All Special Forces Groups have wired their messages. All opposition has been killed, except for General Hur and the 12 operatives you wanted."
"Good job Puishkin. Now...have the Witzgallian Gestapo order execution. Tell them Order 6."
"Firing squad?"
"Yes. That is Order 6. Now wire my message as soon as you get the chance. Which means now."
"Yes sir."
One hour later:
As The Red City lay in ruins, Witzgall's Gestapo is in the forest just south of the city.
Two Gestapo drag General Hur's bruised body in front of a concrete wall, already stained with blood. A large army truck's light shine in Hur's eyes. He can't see. The Gestapo hide in the shadow behind the light, armed with M14 rifles.
"Arm!" shouts one of the Gestapo who placed the body in front of the wall.
"Armed!!" shouts the 6 Gestapos in the shadow. They put the setting on full automatic.
"FIRE!" shouts the Gestapo.
Bullets fly like wildfire, and Hur's body is ripped apart. One of the gestapo walks over to Hur's body and spits on his dead carcaas. He exclaims "pitiful" and then drags the body away.
Two gestapo replace the general with a special forces operative. Again the same routine goes on: They shine the truck light, arm, and open fire. This continues on until all the men are in a ditch.

The warm, humid nights of Witzgall begin to set in. Frederick Afilia recieved a phone call about 20 minutes ago, and General Puishkin told Afilia that he had learned of more men inside the plot to take over the government.
Puishkin told Afilia of a General who had never attended any meetings, but had written one letter. Puishkin read the letter to Afilia over the telephone:
Dear General Priere,
I am addressing you in the upmost respect and concern. I have heard of an operation put together by you and General Hur. It is nicknamed "Dinner for Two" as I have heard? I would just like to express my good wishes towards you and the other men in this plan. Good luck in restoring the righteous Witzgallian Empirate. I wish you all to succede. Please write back with the news from The Red City.
Thank you, Farewell.
Sincerely, General Marsk.
Afilia was certainly pissed now. He ordered Puishkin to court martial Marsk and bring him to Afilia's new office in the City of The Damned, Witzgall's newest capital after The Red City was demolished. Puishkin promised Marsk's arrival in one hour or less.

General Marsk walks into Afilia's office escorted by two Gestapo men holding Desert Eagle pistols.
"Ah, General Marsk. Pleasure to see you." says Afilia. He nods to the gestapo, who close the door.
Afilia's office in The City of the Damned is old and wretched. Water spots on the ceiling, the rug has obvious stains from things unknown, and even the framing is old Oak.
"The pleasure is mine, my leige." replies Marsk, and he takes a seat.
"Hmmm...Marsk, may I ask you a question?"
"Certainly sir."
"Would you ever betray your nation?"
"No sir. Never in my life."
"What about me?"
"What about you, sir?"
"Would you ever betray me?"
"As a stepbrother or as a leader?"
"As a stepbrother."
"No sir. Never would I dream of it."
"Okay...well what about as a leader?"
"Excuse me, sir?" Marsk says, trying to act as if he didn't quite hear the question.
"Would you ever betray myself as a leader?"
"No sir, I don't think I would."
"Then please explain this letter, General Marsk."
Afilia hands Marsk a faxed copy of the letter he had written.
"Err...sir...what is this about?"
"Do you deny writing the letter?"
"No, sir, I do not deny writing this letter. What's this all about, my brother?"
"You will never be my brother. You may have married my sister, but never will you be my brother."
"I don't understand, Frederick."
Afilia waves over the two gestapos. They pull Marsk out of his chair and push the side of his face against the window.
"What is this?!" shouts Marsk.
Afilia nods his head from the chair. The two men shoot Marsk three times with their Desert Eagles, and then push him through the window. He plummets 20 stories onto the ground.
"Go clean that up. With haste, if you please." Afilia says gently.
The two men smile cruely as if they enjoyed that, and then rush out of the room.
Afilia then immediatly calls General Puishkin.
"Hello?" says Afilia.
"Yes?
"General Puishkin?"
"Speaking.
"Ah. It is Afilia. Please have Marsk's family come see me."
"Yes sir."
45 minutes later, a young lady, around 29 years old, prances into the room carefree.
"Hello? How may I help you?" asks Afilia.
"I'm General John Marsk's wife...General Puishkin called me and said you had some news for me."
"Ah...yes...good evening. Please, sit down."
"Okay." replies the lady.
One of the gestapos sneaks up behind Marsk's wife and shoots her through the back of the chair.
"Bury the body with the rest: in the forest." says Afilia.
"Certainly sir." says the gestapo.

Frederick Afilia is sitting in his murky office, reading the newspaper. Suddenly, Afilia's second hand advisor, John Weinsberg, walks into the office holding a manila folder.
"Sir! Urgent news from the council!" shouts Weinsberg.
"What is it?" questions Afilia as he sets down the news.
"Recent Recon operations from the Titans have revealed the leader in the operation against you!" says Weinsberg with exitement.
"Well...out with it! Who wishes me dead?"
"I do." replies Weinsberg.
Weinsberg pulls out a M9 9mm semi-automatic pistol and fires 6 times. Afilia is shot 4 times in the chest, 1 time in the head, and 1 time in the left arm. Afilia falls out of his chair.
Four Gestapos armed with M14s rush into the room and fire upon Weinsberg at full automatic. Weinsberg's blood splatters all over the room as at least 70 rounds pour into the room. Weinsberg falls, and the M9 is thrown through the window.
One Gestapo pulls off his waistband radio and calls for an armored ambulance at HQ. He repeats the shout "187! Afilia down! 187!" around 4 times.

Two days later...
It is the day of Frederick Afilia's funeral. Four Locust MBTs surround a black Hummer. Ahead of the tanks, 200,000 armed men march in their green uniforms. Witzgall's national anthem, as well as the "Anthem Flag", soars in the back of the tanks:

Millions of civilians tear in mourning as the 'parade' passes them as it rolls across the entire nation. However the sadness, for some men and women the dead dictator means freedom.
The Army will seize power over the Empire, thus establishing a new age of Democracy....as long as there is no interference.

Before his passing, Frederick Afilia ordered the immediate capture of Matthew IV and the order to hide him in Phoria.
He has recently surfaced and is on his way to Witzgall.
The next day, after Matthew IV was found...
Matthew IV steps up to a podium in front of the Council of Generals building. He speaks.
"Greetings to all men, women, and children of the Great Witzgallian Empire. I know you all are in a state of shock after the assasination on Frederick Afilia. I am here to consol you all. According to the Army, if I do not take office, the Empire of Witzgall falls to democracy.
This will never happen. Especially not now.
I am realizing the mistakes Mr. Afilia made. I will authorize a new age: Not of Democracy, but of Militarilism.
Starting now, The Sadistic Dictatorship of Witzgall, our homeland, will begin enlarging its military. We will soon begin a state of Militaristic Rule: That is to say, the Military will control the nation."
The crowd around the council building stands in silence. Matthew IV walks away, and several women cry. Their hopes of freedom has just been shattered.
