Earlier this week the peoples of the province of Alberia declared themselves independent from the Generic Empire and pledged their allegiance to the religious groups currently waging war with the nation's government. The government of the generic empire responded swiftly claiming that the province was still under their control and any nation found aiding these radicals would be considered an enemy. The government has deployed their third and seventh government militias to counter the threat. Although only a small nation Generia has already suffered one deadly civil war, resulting in a massive genocide during which the emperor and his family perished. Currently an interim government is in the process of establishing a new constitutional monarchy, but this has been complicated by the recent holy war and the subsequent assassination of the newly appointed emperor before he could take office. This separatist state now poses a further threat to the troubled regions stability and the government, who are considered the voice of reason in the part of the world, asks the world for help in defeating the religious fanatics and separatists who threaten to destroy their fragile infrastructure.

This is ted Koppell reporting live from the capital of the Generian province of Alberia where the citizens are in open battle with soldiers of the empire. Within the past hour the seventh and second militias entered the city and declared that the leader of the newly declared independent province, Yogi Nashmov, surrender himself to government forces. The citizens lying in wait answered with gunfire and rocket propelled grenades as the militia men ran for cover. An artillery barrage seems to be commencing all over the city now as we speak. Im going to join the soldiers and take cover but we will return with future updates.

The Generec imperial government leaked information today regarding their search for a nerve agent to assist in combating the rebels in Alberia. Any nation or facility that would facilitate the delivery of a gas agent that affects the brain and spinal chord and would result in the incapacitation of rebel fighters is appreciated.
