The Buechorian code of war says that we only attack when absolutely needed, or when provoked on our own land. Therefore, we are pulling out to prevent heavy loss of lives. We are not cowards. We are intelligent people who have made an excellent decision. Why wage war for the loss of 100 innocent people, when in response millions could die? In final, Sino is an opresser and threat to peace. It deserves to be destroyed for it's wrong actions.... But we are a peaceful people and do not wish to do the dirtiest task of all: killing.. At least not yet.' "
