History:
Roughly twenty years ago, Prime Minister Nikitov took control of CP and announced that full funding would be given to the Genetics Program and Patriot University. After successful preliminary results with vegitation, the research team was given gree light to test on mice, primates, and finally humans. After the successful cloning of Mateo Krunov, the team learned the equation to figure out the human genome. Thus the alteration of the human DNA strands has helped create the perfect soldier.

The Beginnings:
Once the egg is fertile, scientists extract the DNA and remove any negative strands. Problems such as birth defects, mental illness, heart problems, asthma, proneness to cancer and hiv, handicaps were wiped out completely. Also strands could be engineered and placed within the test subject to allow the subject to become "perfect". Intelligence, memorization, flexibility, stamina, muscle strength were all put into the sequence.

Training:
When the baby is born, the family is paid a lump sum amount undisclosed to the general public. The baby is then handed over to CPI where a team of scientists, Drill instructors, and other key personnel build them into machines. The necromongers [ a name picked by the first squad to finish training], are brought up on nothing but war, death, and darkness. They kill without emotion, without question. The follow only the commands of their leaders, who in return listen to only those above them.
