The Gaia Rodinan military unveiled its newest soldier-carried rifle, the AK-249 "Super Dragon" to replace its aging AK-47 rifles. All marine and armored infantry divisions are to be upgraded to the new rifle, followed by the National Guard and funded militia units.

A 5.56mm round with a 3,600 rnage would be enournmous and you would liekly need to supply new shoulders to your operators and unless the bullet was very long would suffer problems with wind etc.
of course no infatry small arm would need that kind of rnage.

You should check out his storefront. He updated the stats. Turns out the 3000m thing was a typo. ^_^
