The Knights of Nation States (any one got a better name please feel free to suggest) Is an alliance for nations over 500 million. There will be no exceptions.

A-1
All members give A minimum
14,000 troops, & or, tanks, helicopters, etc(Land army
4 naval ships
150 aircraft
to the K.N.S.Army(K.N.S. army (which will be deployed when nessecary(wars, peacekeeping mission, Protection) Which can only be deployed by the Chief of State

A-2
No acts of agression can be taken place on anther member of the alliancewithout expulsion or declaraton of war

A-3
All members promise to help each other whether it be economic support, military, or political

All members must give a minimum of 10 billion per year to help fund our alliance and other procedures. will not be changed

A-4 You must apply for the minitry in which you wish to govern it is not given to you

Background checks will be performed to ensure that the K.N.S.Stay true to its morals

We defend all nation that are assaulted because of religion
Automaticly we go to war

A-7
To go to war it must be voted upon and agreed by atleast 1/4 Of the alliance

We defend all nations attacked by an an aggressive nations
In this case it is voted upon by the Chief Of State

Chief of states may serve only 2 weeks(rl) as chief of state
Then a new chief of state is elected. If it is a draw the former Chief Of State will take place for 5 more days and another vote is taken place. If it still a tie. The chief of state picks a nation to become Chief of state he cannot pick himself The chief of state cannot serve for more then 3 consecutive terms

All members promise a discount of 15% or more to their storefront when a member makes a purchases

To pass a new article or law all ACTIVE members must vote upon it

A-12 To be elected chief of state you must be an active members and must be nominated. In other words you cannot nominate an inactive member till he becomes active

Dyelli Beybi is interested, but we feel that the 'four naval vessels' clause should be changed to a clause stating the combined tonage of vessels. Ie a minimum of 16,000 tons of shipping. That way it will stop people giving 4 100 ton patrol boats or something similar.

The combined military itself is one major problem we have with this Alliance. We wish to know which Nation it would fall under the Command of. Surely the National Armies are enough?

The Allied states of Liberated America would like to join, but only as a contact nation. One which will give help where is needed, but is not obligated to anything.

The Empire is most intriqued by such an officer. She wishes to join in an alliance with these other great nations. We offer the following to the army as per agreement A-1:

Can puppets join? They are both over your minimum population requirement. Or can only one puppet nation join? Can the centralized nation join (this acount)? Since we control both puppet nations. The capital is Baghdad (in IIRRAAQQII). My puppets capitals are also Baghdad. We all boarder each other.

In a combined population, we go way over 1 billion.

The current members are now to be known as the founding members all applicatants after this are to be debated by whichever founding members decided to get involved. If there is no argument the chief of state decides. If their is the person who makes the most valid points wins.
