With the new pro-business regime firmly in place within Cax, the economy is booming. With Cax's GNP now coming between $14,860 billion (http://www.pipian.com/stuffforchat/gdpcalc.php?nation=Cax) and $23471.37 billion (http://members.fortunecity.com/thracetailteann/html/gnp.html), and likely to continue rising, with Sirens of Titan's advice, Emperor Virgilio Lofguist has decreed now to be the time to commence large, long-planned projects. These include, but are not limited to:
1. The maintenance, repair and construction of new and old Residential Towers.
2. The modernisation, repair and construction of new and old factories.
3. Improved overall security in Cax, both military and civilian.
4. Enlargement, re-equipment, and modernisation of military.
5. Cities re-fortified.
6. City facilities, such as docks, Mag-Lev trains, tram lines, and Zig ports repaired and modernised.
7. The modernisation and repair of the Government Building of the Imperopendantpartoaristarcracy of Cax, Officios, and City Council buildings.
8. The commencement of work on the various ... eccentric ideas that previous rulers thought may be good, such as the Iron Fist, with which the ruler will dominate the people.
Of course, these will not take place instantly. All projects will take place for between 1 and 25 years (OOC: 1 to 25 days), so as not to exhaust funds instantly.
