These Devices can produce an exact clone of any human being within hours if provided with DNA, or within 3-15 days if you anly have voice/video/DNA structure photos.
Although the device can only produce what it sees (EG: a photo of half of the man will cause guesswork and mthematical skills on the other part) (or a voice sample might not be perfect, as you do not get all the emotions and special features a paticular person has) These devices cost 15 billion dollars (hefty,i know but they are alos portable) A lesser version of this device, mainly used for cloning good soldiers, cost 45.5 million dollars, can produce a human within hours, but can only use DNA and forms a very rough copy.
