Helium is extremely difficult to produce and contain, and for most people it isn't a necessary commodity. We are different. Helium has found a new market in our country after the invention of cold plasma and the products that branch off of it. At the moment, nearly everything electrical in our country is being made using cold plasma wiring (which is nearly superconductive, among many other good traits) and since cold plasma is made from helium, there is a sharp demand.
We have no problem importing from space(our region has the most expansive spaceport system on earth).
We are willing to trade for almost anything, including finished goods.
