After Horizons forces intercepted the purcheas of the tanks from Weapons-Tech Incorp. the president of Horizon ordered the interception of the shipment. the order was from another company of unknown origins .
" Weapons-tech inc. drivers:whisle whisle -On the road agian. wait a sec what is that in the damn road." stops trucks.
driver walks up and see's a plie of c4 explosives on a remote detonator. and without notice the bomb exploded. killing the driver and some technions. and then 30,000 Horizon Forces sieze the shipment and sent the trucks with more c4 put in the beds and put robot drivers in the seats and sent them to sepiroth.
