This is as the name suggests an alliance made for those nationstates ruled by Children. However the thing not mentioned is that this is mostly for those with god-like powers. That said it is fine if those 'normal' child rulers join in. The point of this exercise is that it is very hard for young rulers to keep our seats of power and to avoid being used like puppets. Thus we should come together to prevent ourselves being taking advantage of and of course there are the usual stipulations: aid in war, trade, agreement not attack each other, etc. Any intrested should post here and within three days time there will be a formal signing of the binding document.

This reminds me of an incident in my nation's past.......
Back in the late 1700's, King Sileetris 9 died suddenly of pneumonia, leaving his heir Prince Sileetris to the throne. Prince Sileetris became King Sileetris 10. King Sileetris 10 was 7 years old at the time. If you'll recall, the late 1700's were a period of great change and upheaval in government, many new nations, such as the US, were founded, and many old nations, such as France, had revolutions kicking out their ruling class. So here we have a 7 year old boy that knows almost nothing about politics, during a time when royalty was being looked at badly everywhere, and he had to rule a country that had only recently relocated to a new continent for political reasons.
So what did he do?
He shut up and hid in the shadows, let the government serve the people, and claimed power after he studied in some of Europes finest colleges, which gave him the knowledge to rule as people wanted to be ruled; fairly(which is why, to this day, the office of King is still in power in Sileetris).
The Moral?
Children aren't meant to run world politics, so they shouldn't. Deific powers basically disqualify you from the classification of child, and if you have them you shouldn't have any trouble getting rid of people trying to manipulate you.
My point after all this?
Unless they have deific powers, children shouldn't be encouraged to keep power.

Ever heard of a prodigy? Ever heard the qoute: "And a child shall lead them"? Have you seen some of the horrors that have been done in the names of child rulers by other people? It is for these reasons that this Alliance has been established. Hopefully this Alliance will save lives and trouble for many nations whose current rulers are children or youths.
