Today Whittier military sources have leaked an ultimatum they have passed on to Rotovia.

The government of Rotovia is hereby given notice that they have 7 days to pull back any and all land troops they headed to Esam. They must futher renounce all claims they have to Esam. They must formally recognize Esam's right to exist as a sovering nation.
If Rotovia does not comply, coalition forces will attack and Rotovia will be held to account for vioating the Whittier Convention even if it never signed on to it. And we will forcefully dismantle Rotovia's weapons of mass destruction and enforce a total ban on Rotovia ever again possessing such weapons.
This is Rotovia's last chance to avoid war.
A line is hereby drawn in the sand.

Naval forces were recalled to protect the Homeland. I ask you then, why would Whittiar insist on the use of Weapons of Mass Destruction against us if not for imperal gain?

Rotovia must also declare peace with Muktar.

Whittier requests permission to launch from Muktar land and asks that Muktari forces join the assault when the time comes.

The President of IDF announced that we will defend Esam at the request of allies like Whittier. This is a battle for freedom and we must take it.

She was a veteran of past wars, and was now leading a full strike and landing force. The Ranier's captian, Admiral Joan LaForge, paced the deck and studied her highly polished shoes.

"How long until full fleet departure?" she asks of the nearest Master Chief.

"About thirty minutes, ma'am," he replies.

"Good. What forces do we have out there?"

I never understood this complaint. Sure, it does seem a little annoying having about 3 pages of "I deploy". But how do you do it any other way? Do you not say what you are sending? It's necessary, so stop whining.

Rotovia has no forces in Essam, nor Naval forces near Essam. May God have mercy upon the souls of the Whittieran People who die to effect imperialism upon Rotovia, for we can have none.

OCC: Then why did u declare it apart of your empire? Is the nation Officially under your control or did u leave power to the people? and does Rotovia have nothing to do with the nation now or not?

Esam declared it would ban all forms of weapons within it's country. Not long afterword Rotovia made it clear that it was going to occupy Esam and overthrow its government. The nations who are now members of the Coalition would not take this sitting down and formed a blockade against Rotovia, both naval and land (the latter thanks to yours truly). Rotovia get ticked at this and tried to get it down diplomatically, but also declared war on me after I tried to buy a nation/corporation that was trying to sell Rotovia weapons cheap. This only fanned the flames, and well, here we are!

Esam, a nation which just resently declaired unarming of all forces for national pacesesium (cant spell it) was quickly turnning unto a full all out threat beocuse many nations threatend to invade, but were jokes and bluffs. Rotovia however kept his promise, and annexed with force Esam. In responce, a coalition was formmed was to counter this, and liberate the nation, to free Esam.

It seems however that the war which was about to start, was just halted by Rotovia declaring Esom leaving his control.

OCC: Ok I've gotten the about the same thing from 4 different people and I would just like to say that yeah Rotovia shouldn't of occupied it but everyone didn't jave to get so gun-ho about it. Since both forces are in the wrong I will just stay nuetral, sorry Rotovia.
