Comrade Matarian: Today, I have the most important and wonderful announcement for all the world. As Mata Su has been regained by its rightful Communist rulers, I have our new plan to restore the economy.

It starts by beggining a 5 year Genocide, plans say it will take down 3 Million Rebels, Democratic Sympathisers, and Capitalists.

After this, taxes will be raised 5 fold, to help fund our Government. After that Point, we will conquer the world.

Mata Su has already detained 500,000 criminals, and more are being detained by the hour. It is estimated by tonight close to 2 million will have been rounded up, and executions begun.

Their houses and riches will be given the the Peoples Republic, for which it will distribute equally emong its remaining 4 million.

The Neo Empire of Genotton will observe and watch every move Mata Su will make. If Mata Su starts to kill innocent people, we will send a resistance force. What Mata Su is doing right now is like a second version of the Holocaust. I suggest Mata Su to execute criminals that deserve to die, and not to execute criminals with minor crimes, like stealing.

Though we are, in fact, a socialist state, we cannot support this maniacal communist. He is no comrade of ours. We suggest you stop this and work with The International to push communism a peaceful, more humane way.

Buechoria, disgusted by this threat to millions of inncoent human lives, has begun deploying it's now 50,000 troops/500 tanks strong National Guard. It will arrive close to, and soon invade, Mata Su territory unless these killing stop and the cloning project is abandoned.

The Republic of Lorkhan condems Mata Su's actions. Genocide is never the answer to building a better future for your nation. We would also seek to question Buechoria for criticizing the actions of cloning human beings. The scientific advancement is only a win-win situation. Cloning helps in medical practice, boosting the economy, and saves the lives of countless men and women.

We shall remain partial in these events and watch actions take fold. We hope that Mata Su can seek peace rather then bloodshed, and that Buechoria would sooner use diplomacy as well.
