Concerned about the continuing violence in Rhodesville between Communist Militants and Fascist forces, a historic agreement has been reached between the Goverments of Momanguise and FWS. Rhodesville has been almost destroyed in the fighting.

Okay... Rhodesville only... The northern most city in White Western Province... A small city that was once 37,000 population... The Communists chased 20,000 of them out of the city because they were fascists... So there were about 17,000 Communist civilians in the city and 50,000 communist militants... But the 2,000 Paracommandos, 3,500 police, and 2,500 Teutonic Knights killed about 30,000 communist militants and 5,000 communist civilians.

To be fair they're not rebels anymore... Well not technically... The FWS government (And by the government I mean the Emperor Hendrik Rhodes) has decided to allow the communists to set up their own governmnet in Rhodesville... But they only get that city and 1000 yards around it in all directions.

I have already pledged our willingness to rebuild the city, at any cost. We agree to all the terms except the last one... The entire Island is governed by FWS law... Anyway, to get into Rhodesville you must pass through FWS... So we say what people go in and what people cannot go in... But other than that the city is on its own... We'll make some calls and see to it that various local law officials don't carry out any further raids. Oh and Colonel Dimitri Arkan plans to keep the slaves he captured, (The 2 daughters and wife of Zeljko... Well he might give the wife back, or to somebody else... But he has decided to keep the daughters...)

FWS Forces will fire on any communist who steps one inch beyond the 1,000 yard boundary extending in all directions from Rhodesville... They need Passports and Visas to travel into FWS now.

Communist members of parliament who refuse to leave FWS and move to Rhodesville... Well we cannot guarantee their safety.

FWS has decided to seal all roads, railroads, highways, and other methods of entry into Rhodesville... The city is 4 miles inland so it has no outlet to the outside world now... While the Victoria River does run through the extreme western edge of the city, FWS river patrol ships are shutting the river down as well...

FWS stated that Rhodesville would be cutoff from anything and everything until they agree to uphold all FWS immigration laws... Then and only then will the roads be re-opened...

I am the new FWS... Only thing different is the New FWS is an island in the indian ocean.. Same size as the old FWS... Same shape also.. Just we're an island now, 400 miles south-west of India...

FWS declared an aerial exclusion zone for 100 miles all around their island... Stating that unauthorized foreign planes must not be allowed to interfere in FWS affairs... They appear worried foreign nations may try to circumvent the containment of Rhodesville and drop supplies via the air.


50 SA-26 Monsoon Mobile SAM launchers will be set up around the city. Let me clear something up... They won't stop humanitarian assistance... They will stop military cargo and any attempt by non-whites to enter the island of Fascia via the air.

Zeljko Djindjic has issued an order demanding that no Communists stir up trouble. However he also made clear his position on FWS law, that he could not go against the will of the majority of Djigrad (Rhodesville) by introducing the race laws of the mainland of FWS.

If the GBER can help in any way, it will do so.

Of course. A cargo plane full of food and medical supplies is on its way. More can be sent. They are accompanied by around 10 members of the GBER army. These troops will stay for one week and help out with Momanguise and FWS personnel. If any more are required, they can be sent.

Also, we are going to paradrop some of our military officials(unarmed) to set up a police department, just to cut off any misfits that might be occuring. Additional help is being debated on.

As far as I am aware, there should be no problems with this. We also re-iterate our postition on the race laws, no racial discrimination will be permitted in Djigrad.

Well Djigrad is now soverign territory, with an ethos completely differnt from the rest of Fascist White States. In terms of Djigrad, we are fine for security as it stands.

There is currently not a single non-white on the island... There hasn't been for over 30 years...

In the 1940s the government was liberal and allowed a degree of integration, the black on white crime rates were through the roof. Therefore we at first tried to segregate them within our own cities... That failed miserably...

Then we moved them to their own separate cities on the western shore of the island... They simply used the cities as bases of operations to launch farm attacks against isolated white farmers in the rural areas near their cities.

Then we decided to settle it once and for all.

Our final decision was to kill them off / drive them off... We drove off about 10 million and killed about 1/2 that many. Since then there hasn't been a single non-white allowed on the island, except for a few diplomats who had personal permission cards from the Emperor to set foot on the island...

There have been boatloads of refugees that headed for our nation before. We determined what the race of the asylum seekers was and if they didn't meet our laws we ordered the ships to turn back.

Over the last 10 years our navy sank over 30 ships that refused to turn around.

Also private planes from Africa, Asia, or the Middle East that try to enter our nation without proper clearance are brought down by SAMs...

An East African Airlines 777 (flight 208) full of blacks from several Eastern African nations is heading towards Rhodesville… They are going to try to get jobs to help the rebuilding.


The pilots heard a voice come over the radar.

The 1st Armored Division Division (18,000 Panzer Grenadiers, IVFs to transport them. 300 T-101 tanks and 200 155mm SPA , 100 Mobile SAMs )

The 1st Airborne and 1st Armored are setting up positions about 1-2 mile outside of Rhodesville and are taking up positions on the Victoria River... They will help construct the massive concrete Rhodesville wall that will keep the city separated from FWS. They will also help stop river traffic from entering into Rhodesville.

Nope... Sorry... This is a closed RP and I already asked you that since you invited yourself in you kindly invite yourself out... You will be ignored... There are no non-whites in Rhodesville, at least none from you, because the SA-26s will shoot down any commercial airliner.

If Russia wants to RP in my closed RP... He will do so on my terms... I already stated that no commercial airliners are to attempt to fly into the city unless they want to be shot down... He has to RP attempting to fly them into Rhodesville so I can RP trying to shoot them down... If he is willing to say there are no non-whites yet in the city, and he will try to fly them in soon... We are okay then... Because I want my chance to shoot them down.
