Its time for a war game, that will be much more enjoyable and much more competitive, due to the fact that the competitors lives are now on the line.
Geograpghy
The games will take place on a some-what small island, covered in heavy rainforest, with an open, sandy beach sorounding the island.
The Island is 15 kilometers long and 8 kilometers wide. There are a few small streams on the island and a major river that cuts the island in half. That river is 20 meters wide, with a depth of 5 meters, and runs the width of island. There are also several miniture islands that are within 50 ft of the main island, which are in bounds.
Rules
Each competing nation will be allowed to submit 50 warriors, armed with only what they can carry, and what they can make on the field. (E.G.: no planes, helicopters, jeeps, tanks, ect.) Any combatent found in any area beyond the minature islands will be disqualified. The nations competing will be divided into to teams: Team North and Team South. Each team will get on half of the island. The miniture islands will remain neutral. Killing of an opponent is allowed.
This is basically real war only on a smaller scale. So you can basically do just about anything. No nuclear devices, chemical weapons, or biological weapons are allowed. Also, this is a modern tech war game, so no laser blasters and personal shields and what-not. The weapons your soldiers use must be announced before the start of the game.
Objectives
Each team will try to capture another teams flag and return it to their own base. Each flag will be kept in an small fort on opposite side of the island.
Reasons
To give a realistic war feel that can not be achieved with out the killing. (E.G.: If there was no killing then a knife would be useless for anything except basic survival as would melee attacks and weapons) And so that i can be seen that your nation has the best trained soldiers, and has superior battle tactics.
Time
To be determined, may happen all at once or take place over a few days. This will not thake place if not enough nation are intrested.
