three o clock in the morning, Sai Kong dock
"Cmon, get it on the ship!" The man in black hurried the loader, the pistol still to the dock workers head.
"Im going as fast as i-"
The man in the black suit swivelled round, as to NKVD ran after him with their Tokarev's drawn.
"SHIT!"
The man in the black pulled the trigger, and chucked the last crate onto the large dinghy. He jumped on, firing several shots widly at the incoming NKVD, and shouted:
"Get the engine running! What the hell are you waiting for get us out of here!"
The large dinghy powered up and sped out of the harbour, closely followed by two SKRCG. The Sai Kong Red Coast Guard had faster ships, but only one was armed. The man in the black on the back of the dinghy grabbed a wooden stock and slammed it onto his pistol - and aimed at the first coast guard. He pulled the trigger and the bullets sped towards the coastguard ship. Some smashed into the water but others riddled the deck. The other coastguard sped up and his comrade unholstered his PPSH carbine and let off a stream of gunfire at man in the black suit. The man in the black suit ducked, and the bullets went into the poor driver. The man in the black ran towards the seat, firing his pistol off at the same time. He shoved the dead body out the way and powered up the dinghy. It sped ahead and was nearly in international waters. The man in the black was just celebrating his victory, when three coastguard ships powered ahead in front and to the sides of him, and the two original ones brought up the rear. The man was taken back to Sai Kong and is awaiting someone to claim him. If he is not, he will be shot. If he is, he will probably be shot. On board were 5000 KG's of Marijuana, Pot, and all sorts of drugs illegal in Sai-Kong. They are bred in rural areeas and brought in and sold in the Sai Kong black market - a risky but profitable business.

Whoops. We would like to say that we don't know how the Austian drugs runners got into the country or got the drugs, it's not as though they where state funded and given instrucions to try to get Hogsweatian kids hooked, using any trick in the book is it...

If the runner was yours Aust, own up now.

okay so he was from Aust, we have no idea how he got their, we assure you, that he wasn't state funded and if you find any instrucitions on him marked with instructions to destribute goods to young adult in hogsweat and then entice them to aust and into slavery, (which of course we don't support) they where not issued by us. Really.
Can we have him back to try in Aust? We 'won't' let him escape.

Muktar wishes for assistence from Hogsweat in tracking down a well-near unstoppable murderer on the loose in Muktar's capitol city. If your tech teams are equally competent, then perhaps you could assist in tracking down the most infamous hacker in Muktar as well. They are both very dangerous, more so than a small nation's military considering casualties and dollars in damage, respectfully. They are somewhat passive, but assistence is needed before they become... assertive.
