She knew that her assignment was less to do with her diplomatic skills than that the Carthaginian President of Rotovia might raise a few eyebrows in the segregated nation of FWS.

Don't worry FWS is an island now... Our history is rich.. We are in the indian ocean... Sadly in the 1700-1800s all the natives died from smallpox when european explorers and colonists arrived... Now there are only those of european ancestry left... But we have selective immigration policies..

Added: But that wasn't the end of it... The liberal government in the 1940s invited in a whole mess of people from nearby lands... By 1950-1960 the government and the entire nation were fed up with the immigrants/refugees and there was a rather brutal war... I don't need to say who won... Done with added...

Momanguise honourably requests permission to attend the conference via video link, as we cannot step foot in FWS due to internal political pressure.

Consdiering we have just learned that Rotovian delegates seem to be preparing to leave these talks, we advise them not to do anything that would bring harm to their own people.
Further, any use of WMDs whether they nuclear or biological weapons will be responded to by the coaltiion through a massive overkill counter strike.

The RP may be closed we have brung no weapons you may search us for weapons but were unarmed. We want to bring our leader Alam Parala and our diplomatic negotiator Ameer Mufleh. We want to see these peace talks go through.

Foreign diplomat: OH MY GOD!! THERE BEEN A BOMB OUTSIDE!

The building begins to panic all chaos has broken loose in a peaceful nation gone into a pychotic battle for land. It is anything but peaceful.

"And what in the name of all that is Holy makes you think that they would care? You issued the declaration during negotiations. That makes it look as though you are merely playing for time," the Deacon held up a hand as the Vice-President stirred angrily.
"Madam Vice-President, I am not saying that is the case. But, you may want to take a look at the very long list of nations who have declared that they will commit troops against you."
The Deacon was sweating slightly; he had yet to deliver his worst news.

The Deacon's phone rings again.
The conversation is muted, in Macisikani, and very short.
