Can the powerplant be modified to extend the range of the bomber and can it be outfitted to cary nuclear munitions? Pending one or both of those options, the RNC Department of Armament will purchase 10 at $2,000,000,000 (Occly, hoping for a discount).

it is nuclear capable, and it can be modified, but we do not have a satisfactory engine for modifications.
