In violation of the Potomac Accords (1912), the Former Northern US States of Mattopolia, has crossed the border into Virginia in order to reunite the union, and avenge the loss of the US Civil War. However, the main Northern US Forces will be directed along Ohio-Kentucky border. The Northern US forces will have difficulty capturing the new Confederate capital of Atlanta.
