The Sadistic Dictatorship of Witzgall, who is right now in peace negotiations with The Allied States of Sephrioth, is preparing for war. The Council of Generals has raised the alert status to "Maroon, DeathCon 3." Witzgalls color codes go as following, from highest to lowest:

Crimson Red (State of War)
Maroon (Possible War Threat High)
Red (War Threat Low)
Orange (Attack Suspected)
Yellow (Small threat of an attack)
Green (Normal State of Life)


The DeathCon codes are listed below, highest to lowest also:

DeathCon 5 (War is in progress)
DeathCon 4 (Declaration of War iminent)
DeathCon 3 (War is highly likely)
DeathCon 2 (War possible, suspected threat)
[*}DeathCon 1 (Suspicious level raised)
DeathCon 0 (Normal Life)


The armed forces are preparing themselves for retaliation if war comes. The air force is sitting on standby, as is the Sadistic Navy. If push comes to shove, nuclear missiles and ICBMs will be on standby.

Witzgall is prepared for an iminent war against Sephrioth and his allies.

This morning, the Most Supreme Dictator has placed Majesto on a war footing, citing the fact that the army could use a good training session. All branches of Armed Forces are beginning to mobilize and prepare for a "war." The Majestoian Armed Forces should be fully mobilized and prepared for deployment in about 20-30 hours.

Although the dictator cited training purposes, he is currently meeting with his national advisors and military generals to prepare for a war with the Allied States of Sephrioth for various reasons, including spying on the Unforgiven and aggression twoards smaller nations.

After a long discussion with his PR advisor, he decided to put Majesto on a war footing while citing training purposes. It was determined that the best way to have the nation prepared for war while not appearing aggressive. The Dictator also felt that this was the only way that the nation could prepare for war and hope for peace at the same time.
