Press Release: June 6, 2004
Office of the Department of Aerospace

(New Verum, Atlantica, RNC) The Republic of National Commonwealth is celebrating its newly launched GeoX-Bomber. Contracted to the Aeronoxia Corporation of National Commonwealth, the bomber will usher in a new era of flight dynamics and capability at sub-sonic speeds.

The aircraft incorporates the Blended-Wing-Body (BWB) design approach to maximize overall efficiency by integrating the engines, wings, and the body into a single lifting surface. The BWB synergistically combines a rigid, wide airfoil-shaped fuselage with high-aspect-ratio wings and buried engines with a common integrated nacelle. The BWB concept houses a wide double-deck payload compartment that blends into the wing. Preliminary analyses indicate that the BWB would outperform all current conventional aircraft. An initial evaluation of this configuration indicates significant cost and performance benefits over conventional configurations: a 56-percent increase in lift-drag ratio, a 20-percent decrease in fuel burn, and a 10-percent decrease in the operating-empty weight. The bomber, with a 280-foot wingspan, could carry 231,000 pounds of payload more than 12,000 nautical miles at a cruise speed of approximately 560 mph. It would reduce fuel burn and harmful emissions by almost a third. Other potential benefits of the BWB include increased aerodynamic performance, lower operating cost and reduced noise levels.

You may if you like, however I would suggest a very limited number. Perhaps less than 20 for a nation of your size.

Order Confirmed: (Revised estimated cost of $22.5 billion). They will be flown to an airbase of your choice in 1.5 NS years.

Current projected payload is very substantial. (340,000 pounds)

As testing continues this number could be changed dramatically, but the efficent technologies employed allow for such a high payload.

Your prices are WAY too high...lower them and I might be interested.

I've revised the price. Is it still too high? We have lowered our profit margin ridiculously to be competitve with the B-2 Spirit. It is a much better aircraft for only $1.25 b. We are going to be making production rights available soon.

Okay, okay, even lower....for 340,000 pound of payload...the aircraft cost $550 million, you can't beat that

Well, now that they are so cheap I guess I'll buy another 20. :D The $11 Billion dollars will be wired to you upon confirmation.

p.s.- if you want to check my math again, here it is. Current price $550 millon. Number of ers ordered=20. 550x20=$11000 millon, or $11 billion. Have a good one.

The B-2 is stealth, and this is hardly, which is why the B-2 costs so much...$550 is a good price, I would think, and you can turn a profit easily from this.

Don't forget to mention how much popularity it's generated...about fifteen nations are flight testing it even as we speak! Including me :P

By the way, you really have to be patient with storefronts...people don't really buy stuff that often, and don't have to. Besides...it's excellent technology that matters, not how many sales you get. I won't sell any of my products except to trusted nations, and couldn't care less if I don't get business...as long as they're good and I can kick someone else's rear end with them.
