After experiencing an extreme amount of violent crime in its major cities over the past few years, Joseph (Big Brother) has declared that Freemasons, supported by the Communist UN, are the cause of Josephland's misfortune. Their desire to overthrow the entire Josephland Brotherhood and insatiable appetite for power will lead them to violent attacks against all nations. Joseph has ordered the assembly and "restructuring" of all Freemasons throughout the Brotherhood, and urges all other nations to do the same for the good of the international community.
On a related note, because of this emergency and of the need for more manpower, the Boy and Girl Scouts of Josephland have begun intensive military training and will soon become part of the Josephland armed forces.
