During the parade, 7 masked figures began opening fire on the soldiers and tanks (Using the weapons noted), and 3 stray bullets hit Prime Minister Helms. Coincedentially like Reagen before HIS death, he was shot and survived. At the moment, PM Helms is at Virka Hospital in downtown Virka, the capitol of Buechoria. His condition is stabalizing and will be back in office in less than 3 weeks. Buechoria is requesting the help of nearby nations in finding this group and punishing them. certainly, we will send over specialist investigators, they will need to know information about people who your nation has upset, and will offer guidence, if you need help actually arresting the terrorsits if they are found, we have several SOW (special operations warfare) divisions available

Prime Minister Helms was shook from a deep sleep in his bedroom in the Capitol Building of Buechoria...

"Larson, what the hell arfe you waking me up for!? It's 3 AM a.. Ow, there go my bullet wounds.."

Helms laid back slowly into his bed as Larson, his aid, waited patiently for him to recover from the pain of the wounds

"Sir, we intercepted this message. We think it may be related to your assassination attempt."

Larson slowly rose the card with the decoded message on it up to Helm's face. Helms reached over and turned on a Victorian-era lamp to see it better.

"Oh my God.. 'Another one oif our assassins?' I thought this was a just another stupid terrorist group!"

Larson shook his head and began to speak slowly

"Don't worry sir, we'll take care of this. Sorry to wake you, goodnight sir."

Larson turned the lamp off and walked out of the room as Helms worridly fell back asleep

The Greater British Empire of Rufai wishes to send a detachment of RdK Anti-Terror elite guards to set up a temporary military base from where it can neutralise terrorist targets and also work alongside Buechoria troops in finding the terrorist menace.

We are happy to report the completion of the Rdk Base known as Camp Rayne. It now contains 1000 RdK elite Anti-Terror troops under the command of Colonel James L. Franklington. The troops are all trained in covert operations and such like. They also have GBER-made Stalker infantry carriers and Humvee jeeps (GBER modified). Some Stalker tanks are on their way, numbers to be verified later.

We, the people of the Generic Empire, offer our full support to your great nation in apprehending the miscreants that did this. After all that Prime Minister Helms is doing for us in our troubled nation and after your aid in ending our great civil war, this is the least we can do for you. We are at your beck and call for any purpose for which we are needed.
