After last weeks genocide, the fate of Generia still lies uncertain. The royal family, who perished in the ethnic cleansing led by pyutur Ctaikovsilov (now deceased), have no heirs or confidants with which to leave power. Ctaikovsilov was shot by a peacekeeper in the 2 day seige of the capital which culminated in the destruction of the imperial palace.
At the moment anarchy is rule here in the capital city of Generia. Looting and vendetta killings are on the rise and street gangs run rampant with military grade weaponry. Homes are destroyed and a mass exodus is occuring as thousands of refugees cross the border into neighboring states. It is hoped that some of the former peacekeepers will remain in the generic empire to aid in reconstruction and the establishment of a new government.

We of the Blooded Lands, thought not a participent of the war, would gladly offer troops to qwell the violence. However, we must warn you that despite the fact that they will willing aid in reconstruction and maintaining civil order they will also be preaching. (OOC: Not a Christian nation, but a completely made up one)

The people of the empire would gladly accept all troops that can be supplied. However our people are a spiritual one and may not take kindly to new ideals.

To further enforce its reputation as a peacekeeper, and to help a nation in despair, Greenmanbry volunteers to send peacekeeping soldiers to the Generic empire.

These peacekeepers will come to police the nation, and will be partly directed by the nation's new interim government, or will help set up an elected interim government if the Generic empire does not have one yet.

We can send part of our 1st Cavalry “Striker” Regiment to the Generic empire. It will consist of the following "police force":

(2000) trained infantry-men, armed only with side-arms, to be used as crime deterrents. As well as (300) T-90 and (100) M60 Series Tanks to establish checkpoints in the country and help impose order in the ravaged Empire. Furthermore, the sent units will include (20) -- RAH-66 Comanche Helicopters.

Then they do not have to do anything, they will merely ask for an ear to listen and an open mind. Eitherway, we shall still send them along with some civil engineeres.

After hearing this tragic news, Prime Minister Helms will send more supplies to Generia and it's remaining troops to settle the fighting. Also, Prime Minister Helms himself will be visiting to observe the situation.
