After 521 million people were killed by Imperial Brits the survivers, 37 million, have started to rebuild Cam III. All the survivers were transported to the base on Earth, in the Antartic region, because Prospero has a molten crust at the moment.

There are currently two nations helping me at the moment: Moontian and Mekanta, I thank you from the bottam of my heart. If anyone can provide aid, no matter how small, for the survivers of this tragic event I will be very greatful, and I will repay you as soon as I can.

The problem with the Blooded Land's idea is that it'll prevent the climate from returning to its original state.

The comet idea might work better. Get the survivors off world, and slam a bunch of space snowballs into the planet. It's not like there's anything left to destroy. Remove excess water vapor, and the melting/cooling balance will restore oceans to the world.
