“From now on the wings of the mythical Confederate Eagle will soar for peace, not for war, and this is one of the policies that show our willingness to do so. So, for any nation that wishes to contact us and receive aid, please wire a short letter to our Foreign Minister, Mr. Francis M. Keen, containing what aid is needed and how soon it is needed and he will respond promptly. We have many economic stimulus packages and many trade plans that we can open up so that we can help improve the economies and relations with the less fortunate of the world.”
