Bleland has recieved plans from Halberdanger on their railgun and tomorrow we shall be building a bunch of railgun systems. Also Bleland will begin a 2 billion dollar reverse engineering project on the ABL YAL 1A Airborne Laser.

This is entirely true, along with railgun plans and schematics, Halberdanger has also wired technical information as to the creation of satellites and various GPS targeting systems for the railguns.
Bleland spends half of this year's military budget on producing the railguns and systems needed for the railguns. Bleland also spends 2 billion dollars on the reverse engineering project.
