AK's National Military & Civilian Protection System prevents UKN into their Nuclear Program. Yet, our relationships between us, are yet very weak. War maybe necessary.

500 Reagan Memorial Tanks (Strongest Tank)

OOC: im not totally understanding of this thread. Are you trying to prevent UKN from starting a nuclear arms program with the threat of preemptive war?
