"Can I help you, General?" asks Afilia.
"Yeah. I suppose you can."
"Well, what is it?"
"The Allied States of Sephrioth has just sent us a telegram. It states 'Make me.' I plan to do so."
"Ah...continue..."
"Well, sir. As you know we have recently developed a new nuclear Intercontinental Ballistic Missile, the Nirvana II. I plan to launch 5 or more of these ICBMs at Sephrioth in less than one (RL) week. Do I have your permission?"
"Of course. He told me to go to hell. But extend it to two weeks."
"Of course, my leige."
"Good."

General Krish leaves the office. Frederick Afilia picks up the folder. It is the following:

Afilia shuts the folder and then spins his chair around, now facing the window.

If Sephrioth decides to ignore this and his statement is that he is "future-tech", well will then send 6 Space Shuttle "Kuszman"s into space, armed with 2 "Cryogenic Nitrogen Bombs" each.

Crygenic Nitrogen Bombs are frozen nitrous gases, which ignite when the fuel system empties. The bombs are similar to the explosive capabilities of a 4 MT Warhead.

General Krish walks into the dictator's office again, only to see General Hur (leader of Witzgall's special forces division) sitting in Afilia's opposite chair. Hur is reading the papers that Krish gave to Afilia.

"Hello, General Hur." says Krish as he shuts the office door.
"Oh..hello Krish. How are you today?" asks Hur.
"Fine, I suppose."
"Right...right.." says Hur. He stops looking at Krish and shuts the folder.

Krish walks up behind Hur, and sits down next to him.

"How may I help you, General Krish?" questions Afilia.
"Um..well, sir...There has yet to be a response from Sephrioth from the messages I sent him." replies Krish.
"Give him time, Krish. Calm down." says Hur.

Krish gives General Hur a deadly stare, and then storms out of the room.

"Still pissed over his son's death, I see?" says Hur.
"Yes. No one will forget what happened two days ago."
"I suppose so. But his son dying while trying to kill Naval Director Smith is not honorable."
"Well...none the less, he has the right to be sad."
"I suppose so..."

Also, The Allied States of Sephrioth, will promise to try not to godmod. A.S.S., the abbreviation for The Allied States of Sephrioth, will attempt peace before any conflicts.

In signing, The Sadistic Dictatorship of Witzgall will promise to try to get A.S.S. to work on his/her Role Playing skills and will try to protect Sephrioth from attacking a bigger and stronger nation. S.D.W will also tr t tell Sephrioth when he is godmodding.
