Setian-Sebeceans' New Classifications of Nations

I hear some users one NS discribing their nations as modern of medevil or future, but it can be kinda confusing, so I decided to make a simple guideline for classifing your nation.

------------------------------------------------------------

Prehistoric- Sticks and Stones may break my bones, but words are little or none in this era.

Ancient- Horses and Chariots, large armies, pryamids and colossuses.

Gecko-Roman- The times of the Greeks and Romans, Phalanxes and Legionnaries.

Dark Age- Castles and Lords, Small City-States that wish they were Nation-States.

Holy Wars (Jihad)- Christians vs Muslims, Crusade against Jihad, this time kings ruled a NationState of CityStates.

Colonial Era- From the introduction of gunpowder to Europe to the American Revolution

Revolutionary- From the Spark of the American Revolution, to the French Revolution along with the Civil War, Viva la Revolutioion!

Industrial Age- From the end of the Civil War to the Great Depression, when ye capitalist rulled the world.

WWII- Kinda self explanitory, the only time capitalist and communist allied to fight nationalists.

Modern Era- From the end of WWII to the End of the Veitnam War, don't look at me the historians made it that way.

Information Age- Today basically, where cell phone can lead a war, literally.

Nanotechnology- Ya know about ten years from know where most we will be cured from any disease by nanoprobes.

Stellar Age- Yup when a quality vaction, is one to the moon or mars.

Interstellar Age- When we can go see some live goo in another system

Hyper Age- Were going 100 light years is like going to the bathroom.

Lunatic Age- This is the Age for all godmodders, yup yup yup, they get their own, because their special...

Fantasy- The age to controll them all, ring, I mean ring.

---------------------------------------------

I hope this little summary, sums everything up, have a good night, and be sure to tip your waitresses, on your way out...

I believe its GRECO-Romans and not GECKO-Romans, although my history is a little rusty. Was there a empire of small, green lizards who sell car insurance back then?

I guess I'm kinda in between the Interstellar and Hyper eras.

Nice, except the Hyper era. Anyone who ever does a Star Trek RP would then by a godmodder. Which includes me (although my main nation is in the Information Age).

well, the reason i said that was because my ships are equipped with space-time bending engines, allowing galactic travel, however, we cannot exactly pinpoint where we'll come out of "hyper" or sub space. For that we use smaller light-speed matter-antimatter engines.

Tis good. Though personally I would rename the "Lunatic age" the "IGNORED age"

The missiles are fired the same way as any other missile would be, maintaining them is similar, but they have no explosive warhead. The reuseable cannon may require calibration and rail replacements every so often, but those are straightforward, it is fired by a program that interacts with the plane's autopilot to line up precise shots out of visual range. It wont break down in flight, but like everything on a plane it should be checked before flying.

Hey, um, how about a war? I have 51 ships, with a twenty mile long battleship due to be completed in 79 NS years... One of the same class of ship saved me from the Confederation of Juumanistra...
Setian-Sebeceans

To be honest these are all the ships of a certian firepower capability, we have other large ships of capital size, with many smaller turrets, but can do the same damage. We like to call this list the Pride of the Sebecean Fleet. And if we RP a war, it would have to be on the conditiion of no casualties, 1vs1, all captured ships and personnel will be returned at the end, and winner receives 5,000,000,000,000 cr. Yeah it would be a war game, but heck, my fleet could use a little exercise

Same, you didn't really leave much of a gap for advances from now until we all have to be cured by nanobots. I say the Nanotechnology age is around 2050, or 2100.

Not if other nations of the same tech area are rping with them. If you have a group of players all set in that period, or even some not set in that period but have agreed to take on further ahead tech, it's not godmodding. Then again, what diffirence is there between:

"I SEND ALL ME STURSHIPS A U AND THEY PHESUR YOU TO HELL!1!11!"

and

"I FIRE 2341234231471320473289043 NUKES AT URZ ASS!11!!!!"
