There is some unfortunate news that has to be discussed. One of Diplomatic vessels containing most of our Detapa Council and Ambassadors has disappeared. The vessels last communique was near the McAllister C-5 Nebula, then was never heardfrom again. We have already sent a rescue fleet to find it, but international aid is needed.

There has been no progress in the locating of the diplomatic vessel.

Unforunatley, the diplomates were not the only things on the vessel. The ship, a Norin class cruiser was containing nuclear weapons ment for being launched against an Obsidain Order moon, which is actually a Cardassian military base. The council gave the ok for the launch. If the Detapa Council ships discover the ship, the weapon will be launched. If our ships get it first, we will destroy it.
