In an unprecedented move that shocked the voters the PM Tatsui Isobe has dissolved parliament and called for another election before half of his term is even up. When asked why the PM responded with a shrug, “I completed all of my platform promises and now that I have shown the people that I am good for this country I would like a majority government to untie my hands, so I can show the people how good the NNP is for this country.”

Why dissolve parliment if not to rig the votes to better suit his needs? Sure he looks good now but some types of parlement or congress should be reconstructed by the people before hand :?

The house of commons is only one of three branches of government. The other two being a congress and a president. For any federal level action to be taken 2/3 branches need to agree. Even if he manages to get a 100% vote he still have a check to his power.
