A steel briefcase floated in the sea. Handcuffed to the case was a man in a dark suit. He floated face-down, blood spilling out a bullet hole in his back.

"Goodbye, honey." whispered a blonde woman in a trenchcoat at the top of the cliffs. "We had a good time, but I had a job to do. I hope you understand." She held up a folder full of papers. "This can be your last little gift to me. I know you always liked to bring me flowers, but this will do for now."

The woman walked away from the cliffs. Birds were chirping in the trees. Monaco was beautiful this time of year. Of course, it was always beautiful here.

KVLA agent Grigori Myulishpitkyin sat in the captains quarters aboard the Galdanian submarine [i]Ulmorovenkya[i/]. He was terrified of being underwater. THe very thought made him want to claw at the walls to get out. The captain returned with a long peice of paper trailing from his hand.
"A fisherman found Pratlivenkya's body an hour ago. We was floating in the port. He's been dead a few hours."
Hearing that his partner had been killed on land did not make Myulishpitkyin feel any safer in the sub.
"Well, I suppose we should fire. I'll contact the GCA for authorization."

Within ten minutes, Myulishpitkyin had the authorization. Captain Fvyorvi Shzmalitiktripal gave the order to climb to twenty metres depth. The NAV missiles would be able to fire while the submarine was still beneath the waves. No one would be expecting the attack. No one but Helena Fuchs and the government of Monaco.

Sixteen NAK sea-to ground missiles flew from under the water, secondary boosters activating as soon as they left the sea. They flew towards the Palace and Parliament buildings, breaking the speed of sound.
