"About a few hours ago it started, millions of Athenians came out of thier homes in stagnating bronze glaze of the early evening - the anger and hate evident just by looking into thier eyes. They came with a purpose - they would not be stopped.

It started about an hour after the initial anti-judaism march. Jewish owned shops and businesses were attacked and ransacked, Jews not yet detained by the secret police were evicted and some Athenians even paid for train tickets out of the territories of Greece and Cyprus, synagogues, which once spewed hate and racism towards ordinary Greeks were burnt to the ground and the 'troublesome rabbis' a group believed to be Mossad agents were beheaded in 'Turk Killing Square', when the execution was finished with, a mighty roar eminated from the Protestors.

Israeli flags were burned all night and wherever the ordinary heroes of Greece and Cyprus could find a mark of Jewry, it was either burnt or destroyed. Anti-Israeli chants and pro Nazi chants (the nazi movement has been gaining ground for some time in G&C).

The President declined to comment on these actions saying the 'police will not get involved'

The Emperor Yevgeni Vsevolod hereby declares a maritime exclusion zone around Greece and Cyprus, in response to this act of wanton barbarism. As such, any vessel attempting to enter Greek-Cypriot waters will be ordered to turn back, and if it fails to do so, will be sunk.

To enforce this exclusion zone, we are deploying 10 Los Angeles Class attack submarines, two Siberia-class battleships, two Nimitz Class aircraft carriers, 4 guided missile cruisers, and 2 dozen frigates and destroyers. Any person seeking asylum from Greece and Cyprus will be welcome in New Vladivostok.

In response to the overly stupid and assumptious (its a word now) move by New Vladivostok, three ships carrying food stuffs, clothes, and weapons, head towards G&C, with the message 'Try and stop us'.

The Esamopian Royal Council, under the chairmanship of our great leader, King Esamius I, has decreed the following:

"Esam shall be open to all refugees and we shall cooperate with international agencies as well as the Greece and Cyprus government to provide the afflicted and population with transport and temporary housing, until such time as peace, prosperity, and order has been restored."

"With respect to New Vladivostok's actions, the Council reflects that their actions will neither help the persecuted minority in Greece and Cyprus, nor will they allow for their aid to be conducted in an efficient manner. We humbly ask them to withdraw their maritime exculsion zone so that international authorities may tend to the displaced persons."

The three Imitoran vessels were boarded by New Vladivostok marines, and the foodstuffs confiscated. They shall be used to aid the Jewish refugees who have fled on small watercraft to various warships in the fleet.

As the ships were boarded, several Imitoran made Virginia VIs, slid past the ships. Equipped with Sonar Absorbent Material, supercavitating abilities, and PYW torpedos, they were not only invisable to the inferior ships used by NV, but also deadly.

They opened fire on teh NV ships, sending out PYW death from supercavitating torpedos. Each torpedo had enough destructive power to vaporise an entire ship. The Virginia VIs quickly slid back out and away from the coast, and watched for the torpedos to hit.

King Esamius I, on behalf of the Royal Council of Esam:

"We call upon the nations of New Vladivostok and Imitora to immediately cease unnecessary bloodshed. It is absurd that both of your nations, which seem intent on aiding persecuted groups in Greece and Cyprus, to create an international incident."

"We are certainly available should both sides be willing to mediate an agreement to end the fighting and normalize relations, however we believe that both New Vladivostok and Imitora are capable and mature nations with the power to restrain from unnecessary and deterimental actions."

Official Gov't. Communication to Essam:

What we do is our concern. Be gone now, and learn to mind your own buisness. It may mean a longer life for you and your citizens. And actually, we are going to help the Greeks, not the Jews.

King Esamius I, on behalf of the Royal Council:

"We were misinformed on your intentions with the regards to the Greece and Cyprus incident. Please accept our apologies."

"Our offers for mediation are still on the table should both sides be so willing. Your statement is tantamount to a veto of this plan, but we shall remain seized of the matter and able to provide assistance should you reconsider."

The time for inaction and compromise is passed. Genocide has gone on unchecked in Greece and Cyprus to the silence of those respective governments and the world. We are called to war by both the moral imperative of the situation and the concern of time. Appeasement in these situations has failed time and time again throughout history, always only giving the enemy more time to prepare and to continue his bloodsheds. It was said in Greece herself in antiquity that a great war was neccassery every so often to weed out the weak. Ruby Villa proposes that such a cycle of war is also needed to weed out the evil.
