He shows three fingers at the General. The General then takes a step back.

General Roska: You know you don't mean that.

The Presidents sighs.

PSI: Of course, now the parade will consist of 100,000 of our soldiers, marching in unison yes?

GR: And 1,000 T-90 tanks following up behind them. RF-1s flying in the air, and about... 50 standard bearers.

PSI: Good enough, and my balcony?

GR: It makes you look powerful.

PSI: Are you saying I'm not powerful.

GR: No no, you know what I mean.

PSI: Just get it ready.

GR: Yes Herr Kommandant

PSI: I swear if you weren't my best friend I would kill you.

The General leaves the room.

5 masked men, armed with AK-47s start discussing something about an attack, who knows what.

First Terrorist: Okay, we will strike tommorow at the parade, I will take the President hostage, but we have to do this fast.

Second Terrorist: Won't there be 100,000 armed men?

Third Terrorist: Tax cuts.

All the Terrorists in unison: Ah.

FT: Look just take some civilians hostage and they won't shoot.

ST: And you take the President?

FT: Yes I will.

Mother of the first Terrorist: TIME FOR DINNER!
