Ratana-Ka II Class Executive Nuclear Submarine

Overview
The ENS Ratana-Ka II Class is purely designed for covert transportation of political, military, and high-profile civilian personnel to locations that require this sort of movement. It is a command and control vessel, sporting advanced communications, command, and control equipment. It makes up for its lagging speed of 11 knots with its revoultionary triple-hull system. It uses several types of material to protect against explosions. Also, it utlilizes an EMP defence system, supplied by Cajj a while ago, to deactivate most types of torpedoes.

Luxury
The basic package of the Ratana-Ka II class consists of a sauna, firing range, raquetball court, pool, and game room (pool, arcade games, slots, card tables). Please note that the pool is covered during dives so that the water does not get all over the room. In the living areas, there is a state-of-the-art kitchen that opens into a comfortable restaurant-like setting for your more important exchanges. The bedrooms consist of two master cabins and seven regular cabins, all with full bathrooms. There are also quarters in the back.

Weapondry
Since the vessel is primarily for transport, it has no major offensive systems. However, it makes use of several defensive systems. The sub is covered with twenty EMP emittance ports, which, in theory, disrupt the engine and battery control computers of a modern torpedo. It also is supposed to disrupt the detection mechanisims in electroic detection mines. This being said, the submarine is susceptable to depth charges and older torpedoes with no computer devices. Also, the sub has a three-hull system to defend against attacks.

Basic Stats:

Length: 550'
Height: 75'
Width: 60'
Decks: 5
Displacement: 92,810 tons

I'm a sub buff here. The giveaway is the red banner on the forward part of the sail. It indicates the flagship of the Red Banner Fleet (kursk was the flagship when she sunk).

I'll take 5 at the price you deem fair.

It isn't uncommon in a sub to have a window in the sail. The sail or conning tower is actually meant to fill up with water on most subs

He means the pool table. It's not a real window; it just has a picture behind it.
