The Transaction Network encompasses a federation of secure financial institutions and contractors. These institutions are responsible for most transactions which occur between banks.

The function of the network is to provide security and assurance in all fund transfers. If fund transfers are made illegaly, we have records and can take appropriate action.

The Transaction Network was created solely to act as a middle man in any and all international transactions. It is unofficially backed by three unnamed interests, it will and can oversee the transfer of funds between any group of nations, as its network covers almost all international banks.

As such, it may also freeze assets of any nation regarded as impudent or seen as a threat to international security. Compliance is mandatory!

Muktar mobilizes 20 Infantry Legions and 20 Air Force Legions. That's 700,000 infantrymen and 20,000 aircraft. Infantry will be landed by helicopter, helicopters and fightercraft will annihilate your air force and navy, and bombers will take out strategic military targets, like military bases, power plants, weapons factories, etc. We will have no more of this nuisance.

Sensing that it will take several NS days (RL .5hours) for you to completely mobilize, we will prepare for war. You'll be sorry when our parent allies become available......until then we will ask for international help.

It seems we aren't yet recognized in the international community as a viable corporation state. However, we are preparing a list of functions and instituions participating in our vague network.

It is a puppet state, however it is independently governed.


We hope we still have allies somewhere. :?
